Bird prices:

We sell day old chicks, up to adult birds, averaging 6-months old. All bird sells are based on a first come, first serve basis.

Pre-orders can be made on all of our birds with a 50% deposit of designated price for the age requested.

This means, if you want to request a species we do not have of your desired age at the time, a select number of chicks at a certain time, or a species we do not carry, you may come in and fill out a "Pre-determined age contract".

You will receive a copy of the contract and a receipt. A minimum of a 50% deposit will be required at this time.

You can pay the full price at the time if you choose.

The 50% deposit will be non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the order, in which case you will be notified in advance.

Pickled egg prices:

We offer pickled eggs made from our farm fresh eggs.

Due to storage and very large fluctuations in demand, our pickled eggs are made to order. At least a 50%, non-refundable deposit is required.

We have a variety of flavors to choose from and certain flavors are only available during certain times of the year due to the ingredients used being in or out of season.

Food services:

Our farm fresh eggs are collected daily and left unwashed, to give our customers the most fresh and delicious flavor you can find.

Although eggs are collected daily, we use them for our pickled eggs also and  do usually sell out fairly quickly so they are strictly a first come, first serve basis.

Meat birds come from birds that are left after our certain ages selected and are not sold initially. At these selected ages, our birds are prepared for the dinner table and are a first come, first serve basis.

However, pre-orders are highly suggested for meat orders as we attempt to sell all birds alive before they are set to be prepared to eat.

A minimum of a 50% deposit is required.

Please keep in mind that game birds are seasonal layers which determines availability in all areas of our services offered and also since we do not give our birds any form of steroids or growth hormones, they can take quite some time to achieve desired meat size.

Although our quail usually only take 10-12 weeks to get to their full size, our pheasants can take up to 6-months.

Coops and pens:

All coops, pens, runs, etc. are built to order and because of such, we do not keep a surplus in stock. All pens that are to be delivered require a 75% deposit which is non-refundable to cover materials, and storage if the coop is not picked up. All pens that are built on customer's property also require a 75% deposit to cover materials and shipping charge.
