Our Pickled Eggs are made to order.
We also sell the fresh eggs that we use in our pickled eggs so we only make our pickled eggs by pre-order.
We sell individual jars but cases are cheaper per jar and take about as long to make as single jars, so if you choose, cases are our better deal.
We make our pickled eggs from fresh farm eggs, however, it takes a minimum of two weeks to start pickling all of the way through. This means you can pick them up the same day but we suggest you let them sit for at least two weeks. They are pressure sealed and are perfectly safe to store in your pantry, but once opened, should immediately be refrigerated.
Pickled eggs can not be shipped!
We don't short you like the other guys. Most jars of pickled eggs only have 6-7 eggs per quart. That is not acceptable to us. You work hard for you money, so we wont to reward you.
Our pints hold 5-6 eggs and our quarts hold 10-12, depending on egg sizes.
Each case contains 12 jars.

No, they're not really alligator eggs. We call them that because they bite!
Made with choice spices, including red pepper flakes, when settled, the spices make the eggs appear to have scales.
